Unlike sponge cake, the texture is dense. If you use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, you can meet the high-end taste that is bittersweet. I used wilton pigmentation. #red red, #moss green #yellow

1. Soften the room temperature cream cheese without lumps.

2. Sift in powdered sugar and mix.

3. Add room temperature butter and whip together.

4. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract and whip again.

Make it according to the recipe, and when it's hot, it's good to work while putting it in the refrigerator in the middle of work.

I used Wilton pigment.

red red, moss green and yellow.

I added moss green and yellow to make a green series, and added a little green to the red pigment to make the primary color slightly cloudy.

Add the pigment very little by little, and if you mix it, it seems that the color develops after a while.

It's good to mix it up over time to see if you want the color you want.
