Sometimes we just don't have enough time. Wouldn't it be nice if you could prepare a nice cake in a short time? Today, I introduce a simple cake for a sudden tea time. The reason I said it's easy is because it's a one-bowl cake.  No complex icing required. Just a few nuts in your fridge are all you need. No nuts? It's good with just cream and strawberry jam. The ingredients for the cake are very simple. It's so simple, so I added one ingredient to enhance the flavor. It's almond flour. If you don't have almond flour on hand, substitute all-purpose flour.
